Order change question:
I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Yes, but you'll have to hurry. Once your order has been printed or shipped, unfortunately we can no longer make changes to it. Therefore, if you need to change the size, please contact our team immediately. When contacting our team, please remember to include your order number.
I entered the wrong address, can I still change it?
As long as your item has not yet been shipped, we can still change this information in our backend system. Please email the correct address and order number to [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Once the order has been shipped (you will receive tracking information after it has been shipped), we are no longer responsible. If this is the case, you will need to contact the carrier that shipped your item.
I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?
We print on demand. Every product you see in our catalog is produced on demand - once you place your order, we make it specifically for you.
This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we are proud to be part of the sustainable fashion movement.
Your items are processed (printed) in almost real time, so we cannot cancel them because they are already in production.
If you do not want the item you ordered, please do not place the order.
As per our policy, accidental or test orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once you have placed an order.

Size Changes
You may have chosen the wrong size, don't worry. Please include a note of what size you want and we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange sizes, we do not refund for incorrect size selections. Only one free exchange is allowed per order.
You Received the Wrong Item
Although we check everything carefully, there is still a chance that we may have sent you the wrong item. Don't worry, please include photos of the wrong item you received before submitting your request.
Package Lost in Transit
If you provided us with the correct address and the package did not arrive within the estimated shipping time specified in our policy, plus possible delays of 15 business days, or if tracking information has not been updated for more than 10-15 days, please contact us and we will resend a replacement free of charge if we cannot track the package.
You Received a Damaged/Defective Item
We pride ourselves on the excellent quality of our products. All orders undergo a 3-step quality check before shipment. However, if a damaged item accidentally passes our quality control, or is damaged during shipping, we will take full responsibility and replace it free of charge. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, sew it yourself, throw it away or give it away. The only thing we ask you to do is submit a return request with photos of the damaged item. If we see damage in the photos, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.
In addition, we would appreciate it if you could tell us the reason for the return. We strive to provide you with the best products possible, so we are happy to learn from your experience to further improve our quality.
Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided, and return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
